| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展，供应链的规模日益扩大，结构日趋复杂，这就对供应链管理提出了更高的要求。针对两个事例，阐述了供应链管理中可能存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策，以期达到改善供应链管理的目的。
