| 摘 要： | 当前大学毕业生就业难已经成为高校、政府及社会所面临的共同问题。毕业生总量大、增幅高、就业难是目前高校就业工作的一个突出现状。本文从大学生就业难的角度,列举高校学风存在的现象,论述加强学风建设的途径及方法。
