A New Probe of Bismarck's Character and the Unification of Germany

Bismarck is a very important figure in German a nd modern world histories. His character lends itself to the fact that he pla yed a decisive role in the unification, establishment and standing up of Germany , which is especially true in the uniting process of Germany, in which his ch aracter almost determined the dir ection and development of the whole process. By analyzing Bismarck's influence on the unification of Germany, this article argues that a historical figure's char acter can have a great impact on the development of history.
