| Abstract: | Academic management is a kind of administration aiming at academic things and activities in higher education.At present,there are some problems such as excessively utilitarian evaluating system and value malposed employing system in university academic management.It should pay attention to academic object,and set up the consultative system,decision-making system,executing system,evaluating system and make them perfect. |
