高校拔尖人才小班化培养模式探析——以武汉大学弘毅学堂为例

拔尖人才是新时代自然科学和哲学社会科学发展的人才基础,小班化培养模式是高校拔尖人才培养的重要探索。以武汉大学弘毅学堂为代表的高校拔尖人才小班化培养模式立足自身特色办学模式,探索出以"四化"为核心,即小班化精品课堂、个性化导师配置、学术化科研训练以及国际化培养模式的有益经验。要进一步发挥小班化培养优势,还需不断优化小班化培养模式,将大学精神融入小班化培养,完善小班化培养评估体系,优化小班化培养管理制度,推动小班化实践经验应用。

Analysis on the Small-class Cultivation Mode of Top-notch Talents in Colleges and Universities--Taking HongYi Honor College of Wuhan University as an Example

Top-notch talents are the foundation of the development of natural science and philosophy and social science in the new era,and small-class training mode is an important exploration of top-notch talents cultivation in colleges and universities.HongYi honor college of W uhan University as a representative of the u-niversity top-notch talents’small-class training model,based on its own characteristics,explored the"four ways"as the core of beneficial experience:the high quality small-sized classroom,personalized tutoring,aca-demic focused research training and internationalized training.To give full play to the advantages of small-class cultivation,it is necessary to constantly optimize the small-class training mode:integrate the college spirit into the small-class cultivation,improve the small-class cultivation evaluation system,optimize the small-class education management system,and promote the practical experience application of small-class cultivation.
