| Abstract: | The facilitative role of academic exchanges to scientific research is expounded. Through academic exchanges, all the teachers and technical personnel will be motivated to apply for scientific projects, and technical personnel of multiple disciplines will be formed into a scientific corps, and the fostering of people leading a discipline will be quickened, and optimum discipline group will be formed in colleges and universities, and the lateral cooperation between colleges and universities and institutions of scientific research and enterprises. |
