| Abstract: | Strengthening the establishment of the cadres is the chief problem which the organization de- partment in the new period must solve.the emphasis of strengthening the cadres' establishment is to lead the cadres'guiding direction.In order to strengthen the cadres'establishment ,we must set about reforming the cadre's system;solve completely the problem of the cadres who are in or out of the positions;set up the educa- tion,managemont and supervisory system of the cadres;control personal discipline seriously and strengthen the democracy and clearness of selecting the cadres. |
