昆明师专学分制下教师酬金计算模型

建立了在学分制条件下教师授课酬金计算的模型，分析了该模型的合理性与适用性。并以该模型为基础在Visual FoxPro6.0开发平台上制作了昆明师专教师酬金管理系统，详细介绍了该系统的各项功能模块。该系统具有操作简单、功能完备的特点，具有较高的实用性，能大大增加管理效率。

A computational model of remunerate of teachers under the credit system in Kunming teachers College

A computational model of remunerate of teachers is established under the school credit system of the Kunming teachers college. Its applicability and advisability are also discussed. Furthermore an administrative system of teachers remunerate that is based on the model is developed with the Visual FoxPro 6.0, and every piece of submodel and its function in the system is introduced in detail. The character of the system is simple operation and integrate functions. This system can increase efficiency of management on remunerate of teachers that is based on its high applicability.
