On Management Innovation in State-owned Enterprises

As an important subject of socialist market economy, the state--owned enterprises has played an irreplaceable role in promoting our national economic progress and social development. In order to better adapt to the requirements raised by market economy and social development under the new situa- tion, the state--owned enterprises should reinforce management innovation, and thoroughly grasp the law of development of business management, in particular, they should focus on the innovation of business management idea, management system, corporate culture, etc..
