| 摘 要： | 高职教育应以人才市场需求为导向，及时调整教学体系结构，加大教学改革的力度，采用模块式教学方法，重视“双师型”教师队伍建设，建立校内外学生实习、实训基地，努力培养出适应岗位群业务需要、一专多能的合格高职生。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education should focus on the direction of the demand of job markets and talent markets, throuth adjusting the structure of teaching system, strengthening the force of teaching reform, using the way of mould teaching, emphasizing the construction of teaching staff who can meantime qualify teaching and engineering, setting up the practicing and training basis for students in and out of campus, to cultivate qualified vocational graduates who not only specialze in their majors but also have many other relating skills so that they can adapt themselves to jobs' requirements. |
