| 摘 要： | 当前，网络革命正深刻地影响着整个社会生活和政治生活，作为承担高等教育职能的高校，而对信息社会和网络革命的挑战，必须借助网络提高服务效率和服务品质，构建高效的内部管理系统，实现高校管理网络化。本通过对高校管理网络化的定义，发展进程，重要性的考察，重点分析了制约高校网络化的主要因素和采取的对策。

| Abstract: | Currently, the network revolution deeply affects the whole social life and political life. Faced with the challenges of the information society and the network revolution, colleges and universities, which undertake the function of higher education, must improve their service efficiency and service quality by aid of the network and set up the efficient inner management system to realize the networked management. This thesis analyzes the main factors that restrict the networking of the management system and the countermeasures that can be taken by reviewing the definition, the development and the importance of college management network. |
