摘    要:尽管进步主义教育哲学思想的发源地是英国,但它的深刻思想渊源和广泛影响,都表明它所提出的教育问题是世界性的。其基本特征是向传统的教育观挑战,把受教育者的主动发展置于教育的中心地位。虽然进步主义教育哲学思想所探讨的主要是普通教育,但对我国的成人教育也具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Although the birthplace of the progressive educaiton philosophy is the United States,both its deeply ideological roots and wide-ranging impact show its presented issue is universal.its basic feature is to challenge the traditional education view and place the initiative developent of the educated people in to challenge the traditional education view and place the initative development of the educated people in the ceter.Although the progressive education philosophy mainly discusses general eucation,it also has a certain reference meaning to the development of adult education in China.
