| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术和数据库技术的广泛普及，高校图书馆信息服务工作发生了极大变化。传统的图书馆服务方式已经无法适应用户对信息的需求，高校图书馆必须采取新的模式。网络环境对地方高校图书馆有多方面的影响，信息服务也存在不足，需找到应对策略。
