教师专业化的限度与超越

摘    要:本文对教师专业化发展的可能性、专业化与职业活动的崇高性以及教师专业水平提高中出现的知识权力性与权力知识性等问题进行了省思,进而从为何求知、求什么知、如何求知三种维度注解了教师专业化应时具、善、美的统一,提出教师专业化既有知识的质与量的扩充的任务,又有完成对此的超越,即实现专业教师化。
