四氯化锡催化乙酸戊酯的合成研究

摘    要:用四氯化锡取代浓硫酸作为冰乙酸和正戊醇的酯化反应催化剂,成功地合成了乙酸戊酯。在探讨了酯化反应的历程后,找到了较好的反应条件:酸醇摩尔比为1、催化剂用量2.54%、反应时间为60m in,产率达89.9%。

Abstract:Tin tetrachloride can be used as catalyst for esterification reaction of acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol instead of sulfuric acid.The mechanism of the esterfication reaction and the effect on catalytic reaction were studied. The best conditions were found out: the yield of product can be up to 89.9% for 60 min,the molar ratio of acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol is 1:1.13 and catalyst is 2.54%.
