| 摘 要： | 本文从大学与环境的相互作用的角度分析了大学科技园的功能和定位。大学科技园作为大学服务功能的拓展延伸，本质上应该秉承大学的使命和功能，因此大学科技园应该区别于别的组织具有其独特的教育、科研、服务和文化传播等功能。 |
