| Abstract: | This article expounds the position and role that the teaching secretary of colleges and universities play in the teaching management.Functions, basic quality of teaching secretary 's work are also discussed.In oeder to promote the construction of university administration to a new stage, teaching secretaries in colleges and universities are aimed at the purposeful promotion of their literacy proficiency,operation quality,expecily innovation. |
