浅议教师课程资源及其开发

摘    要:在新一轮基础教育课程改革中,课程资源是一个值得关注的话题。其中教师是最重要的课程资源,他是课程实施必不可少的条件性课程资源;他是其它课程资源的开发者、利用者和整合者,教师的专业水平决定着其它课程资源的开发范围和利用程度;同时教师本身的经验、人格、行为也是重要的素材性课程资源。所以,教育主管部门、教学管理者和教师自身都要注重教师课程资源的开发,以提高教学水平。

Abstract:Curriculum resource is a center topic in the new round of basis education curriculum reform. And teachers are the most important curriculum resource. Firstly, they are an essential conditional curriculum resource;Secondly, they are also the explorer, user and integrator to the other curriculum resources,the professional level of teachers determines the development range and utilization degree of other curriculum resources ; Thirdly, the experience, personality and action of teachers are an important material curriculum resource as well. Therefore, the educational manager department, schoolmaster and teachers themselves should pay great attention to explore of the teacher curriculum resource as to improve the effect of real teaching.
