| 摘 要： | 人力资本理论、高等教育成本分担和补偿理论以及公共产品理论分别为研究生教育收费提供了理论依据。而从我国研究生教育收费的现状出发,可以揭示实行收费改革具有促进研究生教育质量提高、扩大经费来源和促进社会公正等重要意义。

| Abstract: | Human capital theory,cost sharing and compensation theory of higher education and public property theory have provided theoretical basis for charging graduate education.An analysis of the present situation of the postgraduate charges reveals that the reform can improve the quality of postgraduate education, broaden the budget source and promote social justice. |
