民办高等教育的困境与出路

我国民办高等教育正处由起步至完善阶段,面临着社会认可、法律保障、师资队伍建设、经费筹措、内部管理、教学质量、自身缺陷等诸多方面的问题。民办高校要健康规范发展,须由政府营造和谐规范环境,完善法律保障,加强师资队伍建设,突出品牌战略,健全教学质量评估机制,建立全国性行业组织,建立经费筹集机制,拓展筹集渠道,坚持多样化办学,面向农村,开辟新途径。

On Predicament and Breakthrough of Private Higher Education

At its initial stage,private higher education faced many aspects problems as society recognition,legal protection,the construction of teaching staff,financing,internal management,teaching quality,self-shortcoming and etc. To develop private higher education healthy and normally,the government must create a harmonious environment,improve the legal protection,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,promote brand strategy,improve the assessment mechanism of teaching quality,establish a national industry organization,establish the mechanism of raise funds,expand financing channels and diversification of school-running,open up new way of facing the rural areas.
