运动对心肌胞内钙的影响

摘    要:钙离子是重要的细胞内调节因子,参与了几乎所有细胞生理过程。运动心肌实验表明,心肌胞内钙离子的变化与产生心脏运动适应性有关。通过对钙的生理特性与功能、〔Ca^2+〕浓度的测定方法及其评价、急性运动和耐力运动心肌胞内钙的影响以及停训后心肌胞内钙的变化的综合分析和比较,发现现有的运动与心肌胞内钙的研究结果不一,直接对胞浆游离钙变化的研究太少,且存在一些技术问题,心肌胞内钙的研究对于揭示运动心脏结构与机能

Abstract:The article makes a comprehensive analyzation and comparison of the physiological characters and functions of calcium,the measurement and evaluation of the density of Ca,the effect of acute and endurence exercise to calcium in myocardicyte and the changes of calcium in myocardicyte after stopping training to find out that the current exercises are different from the findings of the myocardicyte calcium,and there are still some technical problems.The research of the calcium in the myocardicyte is important in revealing the structures and the changes of the functions of myocardium while the research of myocardic hypertrophy when stopping traning has some theoretic and practical sinificance in exploring the essence of the exercising heart and the medical supervision over athletes.
