摘    要:以大鼠为研究对象,建立持续训练、间歇训练、静力训练实验动物模型,并用六周时间研究上述三种训练对大鼠心室毛细血管内皮细胞超微结构及功能的影响。结果表明,持训组大鼠心肌毛细血管内皮细胞胞质细胞间质发达,分泌结构增多,线粒体增多,有新的毛细血管内皮细胞生成。间训组心肌毛细血管内皮细胞解体、坏死并伴有血液中内皮素浓度的下降。静训组心肌毛细血管内皮细胞内质网不发达,但内皮小泡明显增多,细胞膜分泌小泡减少,并

Abstract:The effect of lasting training,intermittent training and statics training on the ultrastructure and function of myocardial capillaries of rat ventricular were studied,with the result showing that last training will enhance the function of EC and increase the density of capillaries,intermittent training will cause the damage of EC and decrease the endocrine capacity of EC and statics training will change the endocrine of ventricular by changing the permeability of capillaries.
