| 摘 要： | 排球队战斗力的发挥与良好比赛成绩的取得依赖于集体的团队精神和内聚力的释放。因此、研究、分析球队集体中内聚力的一般状态、存在问题、形成原因以及造成这些状况的成,因对改善与提高内聚力水平，充分发挥集体战斗力，提高训练质量和比赛效果，以及增强教练员组织、管理队伍的科学性均有所裨益。通过研究认为：我国部分女排集体内聚力较低，其原因是心理上的不相容；女排集体中的小群体客观存在；部分主力队员没有起到应有的积极作用；队员择友在品德和相似性上较为一致。

| Abstract: | In volleyball the best performances depend largely on the team work and cohesion in the cllective. The article makes a studyof such aspects in some of the Chinese women volleyball teams and comes up a setof mesures to enhance the current poor cohesion by scientific training and psychological guidance. |
