| 摘 要： | 玉液消渴冲剂Ⅰ号最大耐受量为97.92g/kg,Ⅰ号为87.15g/kg,8,3.2g/kg玉液消渴冲剂Ⅰ号,及同剂量Ⅱ号,可降低正常大鼠血糖含量,对正常大鼠甘油三酯、总胆固醇无显著影响,对四氧嘧啶造成的糖尿病大鼠体重减轻有明显的恢复,降低四氧嘧啶所致的血糖升高,增加动物肝糖元的贮存量.结果提示,玉液消渴冲剂(Ⅰ、Ⅱ号)对四氧嘧啶造成的糖尿病大鼠有显著的降血糖作用.

| Abstract: | Maximum tolerance dose of Yuyexiaokechongji No. 1 is 97. 82g/ kg and No. 2 87. 15g/kg. 8, 3. 2g/kg. No. 1 and No. 2 didn't influence triglyceride and cholesterol of normal rats. Reduced the high blood -sugar content of rats induced by i. p alloxan, and elevated accu-mulation of liver glycogen in diabetic rats. These results pointed out that Yuyexiaokechongji (No. 1, No. 2) had a hypoglycemic action on diabetic rats by i. p alloxan. |
