| 摘 要： | 文章分析了生态湖州建设的五个有利条件和四个不利因素，进而指出建设生态湖州的基本对策：深化部分党政领导干部对生态建设的认识，切实转变经济增长方式，突出各地特色，发挥人民及民间组织的积极作用，以及进一步健全相关机制。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to analyze the five advantages and four disadvantage factors in the construction of ecological Huzhou and put forward the basic countermeasures, help some leaders of the Party or the government to know the importance of ecological construction, change the methods of economy growth realistically, stress the local features and encourage more people and civil organizations to play an ac- tive part in it to strengthen the relative mechanism. |
