| 摘 要： | 本文从物业管理行业发展趋势：物业顾问化、商业平台化、资产管理化几个方面进行重点概述，通过对目前物业管理供需不平衡现象的剖析和行业岗位需求新形势的分析，提出了高职物业管理专业人才培养目标定位的新思路。
