| 摘 要： | 高校的招标采购是为了改善资源配置、节约资金、提高效益，怎样使高校的招投标管理工作法制化、制度化、规范化，并在实际规范操作工作中，切实维护学校的利益，尽最大程度的发挥资金效益，是每个招标采购X-．作人员应该思考和探索的问题。本文围绕在招标采购过程中如何更好地规范招标工作谈几点看法和体会。

| Abstract: | Procurement is an important way to improve the allocation of resources, save money and improve efficiency in colleges. It is worth exploring how to make management of procurement tender legalization, institutionalization, standardization and standardized operation in practical work to safeguard the interests of the college, and maximize investment benefits. The author puts forward to a set of scientific administrative methods to improve management of procurement tender of college teaching materials and equipments. |
