| 摘 要： | 工学结合是高职教育人才培养模式改革的切入点，构建校企文化渗透融合的长效机制是工学结合具有持久性和生命力的重要保障。本文从三个方面阐述了校企文化渗透融合的意义，从五个方面探讨了构建校企文化渗透融合长效机制的途径。

| Abstract: | The working-studying combination is the starting point for reform of the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education. Construction of culture integration between schools and enterprises with a long - term mechanism is the important guarantee to persistence and vitality of working-studying combination. This paper expounds the significance of culture integration between school and enterprises from three aspects, discusses the construction of culture integration between school and enterprises with a long - term mechanism from five aspects. |
