浅议高职教学质量监控与评价的现状与完善

高职学院的竞争日益激烈，教学质量成为高职院校的生命线，完善教学质量的监控与评价是提升高职院校教育质量的重要手段。为了建立科学规范、行之有效的教学质量监控和评价机制，提高自身生命力和竞争力，本文从教学质量监控与评价的重要性、现状入手，分析了存在问题，如教学质量监控与评价存在运行不畅通、效果不明显等问题，并提出强化质量意识、转变质量观念，全员参与、完善机构、加大监控与评价力度，重制度、抓落实，建立健全合理的激励机制，构建高效的教学质量监控与评价机制。

Analysis for Improvement of Teaching Quality Supervision and Assessment in Higher Vocational Colleges

Teaching quality is essential in high vocational education. Thus teaching quality supervision and assessment system is an important measure to ensure teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. In order to construct a standard and efficient teaching quality supervision and assessment system, the writer analyzes the importance, the problems and the improvement of the system, also provides suggestions that it should strengthen the quality consciousness, transform the conception of quality, perfect the managerial system and strengthen the supervision, build up a rational incentive mechanism to ensure the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
