法治视阈下高校利益诉求机制的路径选择

当前,高校利益诉求表达机制的障碍性因素,已严重影响并制约高校内涵建设的有效拓展。随着高校法制化建设、综合改革、和谐校园等基础性工程的有序铺开,对高校利益诉求表达机制的重新思考与选择就显得尤其迫切。为此,应依法推进章程建设,加快完善高校法制体系;培育依法立校意识,积极营造法治生态环境;拓宽诉求表达渠道,充分发挥代表组织作用;健全法治解决机制,不断推进高校内涵建设。

Interest Appeal Channels for Colleges and Universities from the Legal Perspective

At present, factors that hinder the expression of interest of colleges and universities have seriously restricted the progress of the connotation construction of higher educational institutions. With the unfolding of legal system construction, comprehensive reform and harmonious campus construction in colleges and universities, rethinking the interests appeal mechanism in colleges and universities has become urgent on the agenda. Therefore, we should speed up regulation and legal system development in colleges and universities, foster the awareness to manage the school by law, create a ecological environment for law enforcement, expand the channels of interest appeal, give full play to representative organization and improve the mechanism for law enforcement so as to further the connotation construction of colleges and universities.
