西部大开发与文化生态建设——青海高校图书馆建设问题的个案考察

开发西部，其中文化生态建设是一个重要课题，高校图书馆，由于它的大学背景和在大学教育中所居的重要地位，其作为文化生态建设不可或缺的重要一环，正开始受到社会的关注，本文以此为视点，通过青海高校图书馆建设问题的个案分析，认为：西部大开发必须加大对高校图书馆建设的支持力度，重视发挥高校图书馆在西部经济，文化生态建设中的桥梁 ，中介作用。

Grand Development of the West & the Formation of Cultural Ecology--Research for the development of college libraries in Qinghai

This article aims at the formation of cultural ecology and analyses the development of college libraries.Then,it concludes that in the course of the Grand Development of the West,measures should be taken,the role college libraries playing in the development of the western economy and cultural ecology should be realized.
