| Abstract: | At the beginning of the new millennium, based on the whole judgment and scientific assurance of the international and internal conditions, the Communist Party of China put forward in succession two scientific theories of the important thought of "Three Presents" and socialist political civilization, which keeps pace with the times, starts the building course of promoting socialist political civilization in an all-round way with the guide of the important thought of "Three Represents" and researches and explores the new level of Marxism theory rationally. |
