对我国高校思想政治工作功能的再思考

加强和改进大学生思想政治工作是党中央、国务院一项重大而紧迫的战略任务，高等学校承担着义不容辞的责任。面对大学生们存在的一些思想上的误区，高校思想政治工作不得不重新审视自己在人才培养中的功能定位。高校思想政治工作应该在不否认其意识形态功能的前提下，更多地突出思想政治工作在人才发展中的育人功能和开发功能，实现各项功能的协调发展。

Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education is an important and urgent strategic target for the authority and the State Council. It is incumbent on the universities to undertake the duty. Facing the ideological misunderstanding of college student, universities' ideological and political education have to pay attention to examine the function on cultivating talented people. To promote the all-round development of students, the writer thinks the universities' ideological and political education should not only put the function of ideology in the first place, but also stress the other function of teaching and developing. Only in this way can we realize the harmonious development of each function.
