对发展先进学校文化的再思考

在知识经济迅速发展、我国教育改革不断深人的新形势下，学校文化在学校发展中的地位和作用更为凸现。学校间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争，学校文化已成为学校竞争力的基石和决定学校兴衰的关键。因此，学校应强化战略思维，进一步提升先进学校文化建设的战略地位；强化系统思维，积极构建先进学校文化建设的科学体系；强化创新思维，努力拓展先进学校文化建设的发展空间。

Re- thingking on Developing Advanced School Culture

Under the new situation of rapid development of knowledge culture and the further reformation of education, school culture is pla ying a more and more important role in the developing process and has become a cornerstone of school competitive ability and the key to the success of development. Therefore, in the author＇s opinion, what should be done is to strengthen strategical thinking to further promote the position of advanced school culture construction, strengthen systematic thinking and build a scientific system of advanced school culture con struction, and strengthen innovative thinking to widen the developing space of school culture construction.
