略论高校档案利用服务机制的创新

创新是时代发展的要求,档案工作也不例外,要以创新带动和促进档案事业的发展,改变目前高校档案管理利用工作中存在的服务观念淡薄、服务内容单调、服务手段落后的弊端,努力进行观念创新、信息开发创新和利用方式的创新。

On the Innovation of Service Mechanism in Use of Files in Colleges and Universities

Innovation is a demand for the development of time, so is file work. We need to lead and facilitate the file work with creative spirit. Meanwhile, change shortcomings of dim service attitudes, dull service content, backward service means. Efforts must be made to make innovations of ideas, of information exploitation and of the means of using information.
