高校课堂教学方法的现状、积因及其负面影响

摘    要:高等学校课堂教学仍然普遍存在着重教轻学、重分数轻能力、重结论轻过程、重传承轻创新等严重扼杀学生创新能力、创新意识的积弊,其症结在于教育理念落后、教育教学理论缺失、教师工作压力大责任心弱以及消极的社会影响。这些陈旧落后的教学方法,忽略了学生智能的开发培养,挫伤了学生学习的积极性,消泯了学生的个性与创造性,具有极大的负面影响,必须大力改革。

Abstract:The existing classroom teaching in college is still attached importance to teaching,marks and result and inheritage,while it is looking down upon nursing student’s learning,competence and learning process and innovation.This traditional teaching method attempts to strangle the student’s innovation power.The reason of this above-mentioned methodology comes from the traditional and old education concept that is shortage of new theory of teaching.Another reason of use of the old teaching method is heavy teaching load for teachers and some teachers who are low responsibility like to practise and use this out-dated teaching method.The existed teaching method is unable to develop student intellegence and to discourage student desire for progress,It must be reformed with great efforts.
