| 摘 要： | 随着高校毕业生数量不断增长,就业形势越来越严峻,就业问题已经得到了全社会的关注。本文通过分析当前高校毕业生的就业形势,学生干部的就业优势,阐述了依托学生干部促进高校就业工作的重要意义,并提出了加强学生干部职业生涯教育;完善学生干部培养模式;鼓励学生干部参与就业工作;发挥学生干部模范作用,营造良好的就业氛围的四点建议。
