新规则下国际艺术体操“艺术化”特征分析

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，根据2013-2016年国际艺术体操评分规则的变化特点，针对新规则重构评分体系内部结构的“艺术化”特征进行细致梳理，探寻艺术体操“艺术化”特征发展的新格局。结果表明：新规则的重大变革，还原了难度体系的艺术本色、凸显了完成体系的艺术特色，是成套动作编排的主导方向，由此双重拉动成套动作价值以倍显艺术化特征。难度体系的艺术转型是实现艺术体操项目艺术化的最终需求，而完成体系的重组是引领该项目由偏重技术转变为技术与艺术并重的关键。“技术”是艺术体操的框架，“艺术”是艺术体操的色彩，技术与艺术的“艺术化”展现已成为新奥运周期艺术体操发展核心，两者共同打造艺术体操发展新纪元。

Analysis on the “Artistic” Characteristics in International Rhythmic Gymnastics under the New Rules

By the methods of literature, logic analysis and others, according to the international evaluation rules of 2013-2016 in rhythmic gymnastics , directly against scoring system internal structure of new rules,the paper analyzed the reconstruction of“ar-tistic”features , explore the new pattern of development of rhythmic gymnastics by“artistic”features. The results show that:major changes in the new rules, restore the artistic qualities of difficulty system, highlight the artistic features of the complete system was the leading direction of set movement arrangement, and then pull the complete set of movements by double values. Difficulty sys-tem of transformation is to achieve accuracy of rhythmic gymnastics artistic requirements accurately, and the reorganization Com-plete system is led by biased towards the project technology into a key of both technology and art.“Technology” is a framework for rhythmic gymnastics,“artistic” makes rhythmic gymnastics colorful,“Technology” and “art” has become a core rhythmic gym-nastics development in new Olympic period, both together to create a new era of rhythmic gymnastics.
