摘    要:随着我国高等教育的迅速扩张,大学生就业难已经成为全社会关注的热点,有必要就高校内部体制进行改革。实行以系部为责任和权利主体的学生就业促进新机制,形成以系部为核心全校教职工共同关注的学生就业促进的新格局。以就业为导向,促进高等教育结构和教育教学的改革,实现规模、质量、结构、效益的协调发展。

Abstract:With the rapid development of college education in China, the difficulty of job-matching faced by graduates has been a concern for the whole society. It is necessary to reform the inner system of colleges,conduct a new system that individual department has the responsibility to promote job-matching for graduates,so that all staff cast concern on graduates' job-matching based on the core system formed by departments, which aims. Aimed at job-matching, promoting the reform on structure and teaching of college education, and realising the co-development of size, quality,structure and profit of college education.
