| 摘 要： | 本文采用蒽酮比色法测定7种外来入侵植物体中的多糖含量,并用SPSS软件对其结果进行分析,结果表明：总糖含量分别为：凤眼莲2.507%〉空心莲子草2.045%〉三叶鬼针草1.559%〉紫茎泽兰1.449%〉飞机草1.133%〉蓖麻0.996%〉曼陀罗0.884%;还原糖含量分别为：凤眼莲1.86%〉三叶鬼针草1.291%〉空心莲子草1.068%〉飞机草1.025%〉蓖麻0.767%〉紫茎泽兰0.652%〉曼陀罗0.59%。它们之间含量较高的与含量较低的差异性显著。

| Abstract: | The contents of polysaccharide of 7 exotic invasive plants were determined by anthracennone method,and analyzed by Spss Software.The results showed that the total sugar contents from high to low are 2.507%(Eichhornia crassipes),2.045%(Alternanthera philoxeroides),1.559%(Bidens pilosa),1.449%(Ageratina adenophora),1.133%(Chromolaena odorata),0.996%(Risinus communis),0.884%(Datura stramonium).And reducing sugar contents are respectively: 1.86%(E.crassipes),1.291%(B.pilosa),1.068%(A.philoxeroides),1.025%(C.odo... |
