高校应用型外经贸人才培养之探讨

加入WTO后,中国对外贸易获得了空前的快速发展,社会对外经贸人才的需求不断增加,尤其需要大批既具有较高的理论知识,同时又具有较强的解决行业现实问题实际操作能力的技能型、复合型的高层次应用型人才。而在我国高校中却普遍存在着重理论轻实践、理论脱离实际的现象。因此,我们要找出高等教育人才培养与现实的差距,从教学大纲、教学计划、师资配备、实践教学等几个方面综合入手,培养适合我国对外经济贸易发展的、企业所需的外经贸专业应用型人才。
