再论“三线”建设

“三线”建设是指二十世纪六十年代中期，鉴于当时我国周边局势日益紧张，在中国西南、西北内陆地区开展的一场以备战为中心、以军工为主体的大规模的经济建设运动。“三线”建设遏制了美苏对我国的战争威胁。维护了民族独立、国家安全和世界和平。不过在当时国防和政治目的指导下，“三线”建设也存在不少问题。
