摘    要:传统图书馆组织结构存在层次过多、条块分割、系统阻塞等弊端,不利于组织学习,必须进行组织结构创新.文章提出基于组织学习的图书馆组织结构创新的原则和方法.

Abstract:The organizational structure in traditional libraries is not beneficial to organizing studies and should be innovated because of multi-level of units and the separation among the units, and the block of the system. The article points out the principles and the methods for the innovation in organizational structure in the library based on the organizing studies.
