论发展商会与行业协会需要解决的几个问题

发展商会及行业协会，并充分发挥其应有的功能与作用，以适应市场经济增长和加入世界贸易组织的需求，是当前我国面临的一个紧迫课题。现在需要解决的主要问题是：明确商会与行业协会的职能，下放权力；理顺商会，行业协会与政府部门之间的关系，加强商会，行业协会建设与运行的规范化，制定符合中国国情的商会法和行业协会章程。

On Several Problems to Be Resolved for the Development of Commerce Chamber and Trade Association

One of the urgent problems that China is facing is how to develop commerce chamber and make full use of their function and role, so that they can meet the demands of the increase of market economy and the needs of the entry into the World Trade Organization. There are mainly four problems remaining to be resolved: to make clear the role of commerce chamber and trade association and to transfer power to a lower lever; to harmonize the relationship between commerce chamber, trade association and government sections; to intensify the standardization of the establishment and management of commerce chamber and trade association; to draw up law of commerce chamber and regulations of trade association which conform to the conditions of China.
