| Abstract: | The system of Stock Option is especially fit for the persistent technological innovation of high-tech companies. Its springing up and development influence the systems of salary, property right and persistent technological innovation of high-tech companies. Based on the springing up and functions of Stock Option, the article offers its standardized outline from program design, operating process and environmental construction. |
