日本出台新的入关规定

New Customs Procedures to Identify Foreigners in Japan

In a recently adopted security measure, Japan began fingerprinting and photographing foreigners coming into the country in an effort to crack down on terrorists. The move has elicited complaints from long-term residents, business people, and human rights campaigners who are complaining that the security measure unfairly targets non-Japanese. The new procedure involves electronic scanning of both index fingers and a digital photo of the face.
