助成视野下学校变革的实践立场及操作框架分析

摘    要:关注和推进学校变革已经成为我国基础教育发展的重要趋势。传统学校变革模式的固有缺陷致使学校改革效益和效率很不理想。助成教育变革思想的提出为开创学校变革新局面提供了新的思路。尊重学校的主体性、推动学校整体发展、增强学校内生能力和促进理论与实践融合共生是基于助成思想的学校变革的实践立场。基于助成思想的学校变革实践必须关注四个关键环节:建立变革共同愿景、确立变革核心问题、搭建交流平台和创新合作机制。

Abstract:Minding and promoting school change has become an important trend of basic education in our country. The school reform benefit and efficiency is not ideal enough because of the inherent defects of the traditional mode of school change. The proposing of the perspective of promoting education reform creates a new thinking for a new school change. School change practice based on the promoting perspective focuses on four essential procedures:creating a shared vision of change, establishing the core issues of changes, building the communication platform and innovating the cooperation mechanism.
