我国传统教育行政理念的路径依赖属性及其扬弃

摘    要:我国传统教育行政理念表现出明显的路径依赖:儒家管理理念及其教育行政理念具有强路径依赖性。通过考察儒家教育行政理念路径依赖的形成及其特征、表现和影响,有助于对儒家教育行政理念的路径惯性根据时代要求进行合理扬弃,这在构建教育行政管理中的第三种调节方式及迫切呼吁教育管理伦理的今天显得尤为必要。

Abstract:The thoughts of our traditional education administration had clear path-dependence attribute : the thoughts of Confucian education administration have strong attribute of path-dependence.Studying the shaping,characteristics,manifestation and influence of the path-dependence attribute is helpful to sublimate the Confucian education administration thoughts reasonably according to the needs of epoch,which is very important in building the third regulating model in the education administration.
