| 摘 要： | 在我国全面推进素质教育的背景下,现代体育教育对体育教师提出了新的要求。为此,各级体育教师必须坚持“以人为本、健康第一”的指导思想,更新体育教育理念,充实教育理论;勇于创新,培养学生的创新精神;拥有广博的知识储备,全新的知识结构,由“教练型”向“学者型”转变。

| Abstract: | A new round of modern physical edcuation is being carried out cross-the-board in our courtry. Under the background of full-scale diathesis education advancing, PE teachers are to adhere to guiding the principle of "people -oriend and health first", to renewing the ideas of physical edcuational, enreiching themselves with the new educational theories, to training the students' creative spirit, to trying to have a wide knowledge reserve and changeing from "coaches" into "scholars". |
