高校教师管理中心理契约的作用及其构建

摘    要:高校人力资源管理中不仅要抓好劳动契约的管理,同时更应该注重心理契约的管理。文章在介绍心理契约内涵、特征的基础上,深入分析了心理契约对高校教师管理的具体意义,然后就如何有效构建高校教师心理契约的策略,作了较为全面的探讨。

Abstract:In the universities human resources management not only must pay special attention to the management of the labor contract,simultaneously should pay great attention to the management of the psychological contract.This article introduce in the psychology contract connotation and the characteristic foundation has thoroughly analyzed concrete significance of the psychological contract which manages to the universities teacher, then made a more comprehensive discussion on how effectively constructs the strategy of the universities teacher psychology contract
